Do you manage any type of website?

We specialise in WordPress websites. If your site is built on Shopify or another platform, get in touch and we’ll let you know honestly whether we can help.

What are ‘content updates’?

Anything that needs changing on your live site — adding a new page, updating pricing, swapping images, publishing a blog post. You send it over, we handle it.

What if I need more hours than my plan includes?

Additional content hours are available at £55/hour, billed monthly. We’ll always tell you before going over your included hours.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No long contracts. We ask for 30 days’ notice so we can hand everything back to you cleanly — logins, backups, and a full handover document.

What does SEO health monitoring actually include?

We check Google Search Console monthly for crawl errors, index coverage, and keyword position changes. Broken links and redirect issues are fixed as part of the plan.

I already have hosting — does that matter?

Not at all. We work alongside your existing host. If your current hosting is causing performance issues, we’ll flag it and can recommend better options — but there’s no obligation to switch.
